ADMINISTRATION CLERK – PERMANENT POSITION

Pretoria, Gauteng

We are currently seeking a professional, organised, and detail-oriented Administration Clerk to join our team in Pretoria on a permanent basis.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Age between 18 – 47 years
  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel & Email)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Previous administrative or office experience will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling daily office administration duties
  • Capturing and updating company records and documents
  • Answering calls and responding to emails
  • Filing, scanning, and maintaining documentation
  • Assisting with scheduling and office coordination
  • Supporting management with administrative tasks
