ADMINISTRATION CLERK – PERMANENT POSITION
Pretoria, Gauteng
We are currently seeking a professional, organised, and detail-oriented Administration Clerk to join our team in Pretoria on a permanent basis.
Minimum Requirements:
- Age between 18 – 47 years
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel & Email)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Previous administrative or office experience will be advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling daily office administration duties
- Capturing and updating company records and documents
- Answering calls and responding to emails
- Filing, scanning, and maintaining documentation
- Assisting with scheduling and office coordination
- Supporting management with administrative tasks
