FILING CLERK – PERMANENT POSITION
Pretoria, Gauteng
We are currently seeking a professional, organised, and detail-oriented Filing Clerk to join our team in Pretoria on a permanent basis.
Minimum Requirements:
- Age between 18 – 47 years
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel & Email)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Previous administrative or filing experience will be advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting, organising, and maintaining company files and records
- Capturing and updating documentation accurately
- Assisting with office administration and document control
- Retrieving files and records when required
- Maintaining confidentiality of company information
- Supporting daily administrative operations
