FILING CLERK – PERMANENT POSITION

Pretoria, Gauteng

We are currently seeking a professional, organised, and detail-oriented Filing Clerk to join our team in Pretoria on a permanent basis.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Age between 18 – 47 years
  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel & Email)
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Previous administrative or filing experience will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sorting, organising, and maintaining company files and records
  • Capturing and updating documentation accurately
  • Assisting with office administration and document control
  • Retrieving files and records when required
  • Maintaining confidentiality of company information
  • Supporting daily administrative operations
