Requirements
- A relevant BSc or Beng (Industrial)
- Five (5) years relevant experience
- A valid driver’s licence
- Proficiency in MS applications (365 Preferred)
Key Performance Areas
- Identify and implement initiatives to enhance the process,
system and people capability across the organisation.
- Drive the adoption of continuous improvement frameworks
and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation,
and data analytics in process improvement.
- Evaluate and implement software tools or systems to
support continuous improvement efforts.
- Contribute in terms of software specification development
and selection.
- Managing Projects
- Performance Measurement and Reporting
- Plan and execute strategies that support smooth transition
during organisational change, including stakeholder
engagement, communication, training, and impact analysis to
ensure high adoption rates and minimal resistance
