  • Matric

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in support and office administration function within the sales department
  • Excel Advanced skills including pivot tables and vlookup
  • Experience with compiling sales reports, planning regional visits and assisting in travel and expo arrangements
  • Diary management, schedule and prioritize appointments
  • Coordinate and manage events such as trade shows, expos, sales conferences, etc.
  • Assist the Sales Manager and Reps with customer related queries
  • Follow up on accounts payments
  • Check account applications, report a decision back to Finance
  • Manage and implement customer service survey, as well as work closely with team members to departments to ensure company goals are met and communication is seamless
  • Assist any walk in customers and direct them to appropriate sales person
