SUMMARY

Our Client - A leading industrial operation is seeking a qualified and driven Mechanical Engineer to join its Rustenburg facility in a key engineering leadership role.

This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong professional with experience in maintenance, asset reliability, plant operations, and statutory compliance within a manufacturing or processing environment.

POSITION INFO

Minimum Requirements

• BTech Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification (or higher)
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant mechanical engineering experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or processing environment
• Strong exposure to maintenance systems, asset management, and plant operations
• Experience working with CMMS platforms (Pragma preferred)
• Sound understanding of South African OHSA requirements relating to machinery and engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Project coordination and stakeholder management experience
• Working knowledge of CAD systems and engineering documentation
• Willingness and ability to travel between sites when required
