SUMMARY

An exciting opportunity is available for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Group Accountant to join a dynamic and fast-paced group environment based in Centurion.

We are looking for a technically strong finance professional who has completed articles and is ready to take the next step in their career within a reputable and growing organisation.

POSITION INFO

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles
• Minimum 3+ years’ post-articles experience
• Group accounting experience highly advantageous
• Experience within the FFF industry/environment advantageous
• Strong academics from reputable universities preferred (UP, UJ, NWU etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities
• Able to work in a deadline-driven environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Group consolidations and reporting
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Financial reporting and analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting with annual financial statements and audits
• Budgeting and forecasting support
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Liaising with various business units within the group
