POSITION INFO

Accounts Payable, procurement coordination, and office administration, giving you exposure across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full Accounts Payable function, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and supplier payments
- Create and process purchase orders, requisitions, invoices, and credit notes
- Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely sourcing and delivery of stock and materials
- Capture, update, and maintain accurate data on internal systems (MS DAX/ERP)
- Provide HR administrative support, including onboarding, leave tracking, and employee records
- Support office operations, including travel bookings, supplier coordination, and office supplies
- Maintain financial records, assist with reporting, and support month-end processes
- Manage recycling administration, documentation, and reporting where required
Job Experience and Skills Required
Education
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Diploma or Certificate in Finance, Administration, HR, or related field (advantageous)
Experience
- 2–4 years’ experience in a finance and office administration role
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable and procurement coordination
- Exposure to general finance administration and ERP systems
- Experience in a fast-paced operational environment is beneficial
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills essential)
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (MS DAX/SAP advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
