SEO & Web Optimisation Manager - Remote / Hybrid (Capet Town or JHB) – Salary R30 000 to R35 000

The Opportunity: Your core mandate is to drive organic traffic, scale online revenue, and maximize website performance across our client''s B2C and B2B eCommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Page & Content SEO: Execute keyword research, competitor analysis, and optimize product list pages, collection structures, recipe pages, and blogs.
• eCommerce Shopify Optimisation: Optimize product titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, site search, filtering systems, and mobile shopping UX.
• Technical SEO: Conduct regular audits, monitor Core Web Vitals, manage XML sitemaps, redirects, robots.txt, and fix broken indexing or crawl health issues.
• CRO & Analytics: Conduct A/B testing, heatmap analysis, and customer journey optimization to improve add-to-cart rates and checkout completion.
• Reporting: Manage Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Hotjar to produce comprehensive monthly traffic and revenue attribution reports.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience optimizing Shopify platforms for search visibility and technical performance.
• Expert knowledge of GA4, GSC, and digital UX/CRO testing methodologies.
• Strong collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with web developers and content creators.
• Proven track record in Technical SEO, eCommerce (Shopify), and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
