SUMMARY

We're seeking an Internal Sales Representative (Chromatography) in Gauteng

POSITION INFO

We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Representative with a background in Chromatography to join our team in Gauteng. The successful candidate will report to the Manager and be responsible for handling sales inquiries, providing product information, and maintaining customer relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Providing quotes and product information
• Following up on leads and quotes
• Processing orders and managing customer accounts
• Coordinating with the sales team to provide excellent customer service

If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a background in Chromatography, we want to hear from you. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with up to 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Additional Requirements: Presentable and friendly demeanour. Excellent communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Customer focused. Willing to travel and work after hours if necessary. Ability to work independently.
