POSITION INFO

Our client is a fast-growing, project-driven business operating across the construction, civil, mechanical, and electrical sectors. The organisation delivers turnkey solutions across multiple sites and is currently in a growth and stabilisation phase. They require a strong operational leader to introduce structure, improve efficiencies, and elevate overall business performance through disciplined execution and accountability systems.

Take full accountability for daily operations across multiple sites, driving efficiency, productivity, and project delivery. Lead teams and enforce structured reporting, KPIs, and performance tracking systems. Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions. Oversee budgets, procurement, and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Deliver clear operational reporting to executive leadership and support business scalability initiatives.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Construction, or a related field
• 10+ years’ senior operations management experience in construction/civil/mechanical/electrical environments
• Proven ability to implement systems, KPIs, and operational structures
• Strong financial, commercial, and multi-site project management capability
• Hands-on leader with excellent problem-solving, reporting, and change management skills
