HR Officer – Midrand

We are seeking a motivated and experienced

HR Officer to join our team based in Midrand. This is an excellent opportunity for a human resources professional with strong Industrial Relations knowledge and experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Relations, or a related field
• Honours qualification will be advantageous
• Moderate experience attending to CCMA matters and disciplinary processes
• Sound knowledge of:
  • Labour Relations Act (LRA)
  • Employment Equity Act (EEA)
  • Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA)
  • Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)
• Strong administrative and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport

Advantageous

• Previous Industrial Relations experience
• Experience within a multi-site or operational environment
