POSITION INFO

I am currently expanding my network of operational finance professionals across Gauteng for upcoming and often unadvertised opportunities. This is not an active vacancy, but a proactive talent search to connect with individuals who bring strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and hands‑on involvement in business operations.

These roles typically sit in environments where finance partners closely with operations; from costing and analysis through to performance tracking and strategic input.

Profiles I’m Interested in Connecting With:

• Finance professionals supporting operational decision‑making and performance analysis
• Individuals experienced in costing, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Candidates working closely with production, logistics, or service delivery teams
• Professionals comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
• Finance specialists who enjoy improving processes, efficiencies, and reporting frameworks

Background & Skills of Interest:

• BCom / CIMA / CA(SA) / SAIPA or similar qualifications
• Experience within operational finance, management accounting, or business partnering roles
• Strong exposure to cost analysis, reporting, and financial planning
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Ability to translate financial data into practical business insight
• Industry exposure open (manufacturing, logistics, services, etc.)
