Senior Content Marketer

We’re looking for a highly creative, hands-on Senior Content Marketer with a passion for strategic storytelling, communication, and audience engagement.

As the content marketer, you’ll own the content calendar, shape campaigns across the sales funnel, and create impactful omni-channel content for a global B2B travel audience.

You’ll work closely with a collaborative and creative team to drive brand awareness, engagement and growth through content with genuine, human-centred messaging that connects with and converts audiences.

  • 5+ years of content marketing and copywriting experience
  • Strong understanding of travel and tourism businesses (DMCs, tour operators, travel agents, etc.)
  • A natural blend of, creative and visual thinking to content creation
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in UK English (short and long form)
  • Experienced use of LLMs (Claude, GPT, Notion etc.) to assist with ideation, drafting, auditing etc.
  • A basic understanding SEO and a curiosity for AEO modelling- bonus points for deeper experience in SEO and AI best practice
  • A portfolio of multi-channel content with measurable results
  • A strong understanding of customer segmentation, personas, and buying behaviour.

Job responsibilities

  • Create high-impact content: Lead & develop meaningful, human-centred content that strengthens our brand, supports the customer journey and drives engagement and conversion across global B2B Audiences.
  • Content strategy: Owns, builds and shapes the content strategy across online and offline channels while empowering regional teams to contribute creatively and consistently to our brand.
  • Social media leadership: Lead regional social media initiatives that drive engagement, creativity, and brand consistency across markets.
  • Campaigns & demand generation: Create content that supports targeted campaigns, connects with the right audiences, and advances engagement and growth goals.
  • Content planning & operations: Manage the content calendar and roadmap to ensure aligned, timely, and consistent delivery across channels.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with Customer Experience, Sales and Product teams to deliver cohesive and impactful content.
  • SEO, AEO & AI: Apply SEO, AEO, and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve content performance and efficiency.

  • Experience with SaaS or travel tech platforms
