Our client, a leading FMCG manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, lead a multi-functional team, and ensure the efficient movement, storage, and control of stock while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage warehouse operations, staff performance, productivity, stock control, and adherence to company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, stock counts, warehouse maintenance requirements, and achievement of operational targets.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Warehouse, Logistics, or Commercial qualification advantageous.
• Minimum 7 years' supervisory experience in a warehouse or FMCG environment.
• Computer literacy with strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems, Occupational Health & Safety Act, Labour Relations Act, and environmental policies.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and TPM methodologies advantageous.
