Introduction

Cartrack is looking for a skilled Technical Copywriter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can transform complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content for a variety of audiences.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training manuals
• Create product-related content that simplifies technical concepts
• Produce advertising and marketing copy where required
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and consistency
• Create content that supports our sales teams' understanding of products and solutions

Minimum requirements

• Proven experience in technical copywriting
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience creating training manuals, product documentation, and technical content
• Ability to write informative content without overly sales-focused language
• Experience producing marketing and advertising content is advantageous
• A portfolio of previous work is essential
