FEED MILL TEAM LEADER
Our client in the agricultural milling and animal feed industry is seeking a Feed Mill Team Leader to oversee production operations in Bloemfontein!
- Location: Bloemfontein, Free State
- Salary: Market Related
- Working Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm
- Start Date: ASAP
Essential Requirements
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent (NQF 4)
- Valid driver''s license and own transport
- MS Office proficiency
- 1 year supervisory experience (advantageous)
- Knowledge of feed mill machinery and equipment (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality control checks on feed production
- Inspect ingredient accuracy and final product uniformity
- Responsible for manufacturing feed according to established formulas and quality standards
- Ensure staff performs duties as per procedure
- Troubleshoot and address production issues promptly
- Resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime
