• Manage the full finance function, including month-end and year-end processes
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
• Ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliations and strong financial controls
• Maintain compliance with tax and statutory requirements

Job Experience And Skills Required

• Chartered Accountant (South Africa) qualification is essential
• Minimum of 5 years’ post-articles experience
• Proven experience managing and developing a team
• Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
• Experience in a complex, operational environment advantageous
