What You’ll Do

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle — from business development to candidate placement
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering quality talent solutions
• Source, screen, and interview top candidates across multiple channels
• Negotiate offers, close deals, and ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Consistently achieve targets and contribute to team success

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Confident communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
