Qualification

  • Matric / Senior Certificate
  • Relevant Financial Tertiary Qualification

Requirements

  • 3-5 Years experience in financial management, debtors, creditors, payroll, audits, and managing HR issues.

Duties

  • General ledger.
  • Produce monthly financial accounts/reports.
  • Forecasting & cashflow management
  • Prepare for annual financial audit including management of stock counts. Produce stock variance report and resolve variances.
  • Maintain tax compliance.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Manage month end process (Debtors, creditors, statutory payments)
  • Annual BBBEE audit – preparation and submission in conjunction with consultant
  • Monthly payroll is contracted out but preparation thereof to be handled.
  • Stock reporting
  • Managing & tracking landed cost of imported goods
  • Review existing policies and procedures
  • Manage HR issues in conjunction with service providers when necessary
  • Office management
  • Manage the IT service provider
  • Manage & monitor costs & finances of projects
  • Some PA work for MD.
