- Matric / Senior Certificate
- Relevant Financial Tertiary Qualification
Requirements
- 3-5 Years experience in financial management, debtors, creditors, payroll, audits, and managing HR issues.
Duties
- General ledger.
- Produce monthly financial accounts/reports.
- Forecasting & cashflow management
- Prepare for annual financial audit including management of stock counts. Produce stock variance report and resolve variances.
- Maintain tax compliance.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Manage month end process (Debtors, creditors, statutory payments)
- Annual BBBEE audit – preparation and submission in conjunction with consultant
- Monthly payroll is contracted out but preparation thereof to be handled.
- Stock reporting
- Managing & tracking landed cost of imported goods
- Review existing policies and procedures
- Manage HR issues in conjunction with service providers when necessary
- Office management
- Manage the IT service provider
- Manage & monitor costs & finances of projects
- Some PA work for MD.
