Salary: R35 000 – R40 000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Our client is seeking an experienced, driven, and commercially minded
Conveyancer to join their dynamic and fast-paced legal team. This is a remote (work-from-home) position, ideally suited to a candidate based in Cape Town.
In addition to managing conveyancing matters, the successful candidate will be expected to actively participate in business development, relationship management, and marketing activities to assist in growing the firm's client base and referral network.

Minimum Requirements:
- Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer
- Proven experience managing property transfers from inception to registration
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and systems
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
- Willingness to engage in marketing, networking, and business development initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property transfers from instruction through to registration
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
- Draft, review, and process conveyancing documentation
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Manage a high-volume conveyancing portfolio efficiently and accurately
- Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, property professionals, and referral partners
- Participate in networking, marketing, and business development activities to generate new business opportunities
- Promote the firm's services and contribute to business growth initiatives

Junior candidates with relevant conveyancing experience will also be considered at a lower salary range.
