Duties & Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback Assist patients and families with navigating healthcare services Resolve complaints in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner Liaise with medical staff to ensure effective communication and patient satisfaction Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and outcomes Support continuous improvement initiatives related to patient experience Uphold confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations and policies
Skills and Competencies
- Previous experience in a patient-facing or customer service role (healthcare preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- National Senior Certificate
