Group Chief Product Officer

Pragma Global

We are looking for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead Pragma’s transition to a product-led, services-attached business.

This is not a traditional executive role. We need a builder-operator: someone who can define product strategy, lead teams, and get hands-on in shaping, shipping, and scaling products.

You will be responsible for turning Pragma’s deep EAM expertise into a portfolio of SaaS products that drive growth, improve client outcomes, and integrate seamlessly with our services and the On Key ecosystem.

Minimum Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • A post-grad/MBA is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior technology leadership roles as a Chief Product Officer.
  • Deep technical expertise across AI, architecture, software development, and cloud infrastructure.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision
    • Define and execute Pragma’s product strategy aligned with our growth ambitions.
    • Identify opportunities to productise Pragma’s IP into scalable SaaS offerings.
    • Build a cohesive product portfolio that complements and extends On Key.
  • Product Development & Delivery
    • Lead the design, build, and launch of new digital products, including;
    • SaaS versions of Pragma IP (e.g. AMIP frameworks, maintenance tactics libraries).
    • Tools that accelerate On Key implementations.
    • EAM training and enablement platforms.
    • Internal and client-facing AI/RAG capabilities.
    • Drive agile product development with a strong focus on delivery and outcomes.
    • Ensure products are commercially viable, scalable, and client-centric.
  • Team Leadership
    • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing product and engineering team.
    • Instil a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous delivery.
    • Work cross-functionally with services, sales, and delivery teams.
  • Commercial Impact
    • Partner with sales and services teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
    • Develop pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Ensure strong alignment between product development and client needs.
  • Execution & Hands-On Leadership
    • Operate as a hands-on leader—comfortable diving into product design, prioritisation, and delivery challenges.
    • Balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
