Requirements include a Matric certificate and a minimum of 12 months'' telesales experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Following up on inbound leads and turning interest into sales
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Deliver engaging sales pitches that actually land
• Build solid, long-term relationships with clients
• Preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts
• Keeping the CRM updated and your pipeline moving

What we’re looking for

• Previous tele-sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• A people-person who genuinely enjoys helping clients
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
