Duties

Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles
Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions
Prepare and present monthly management reports and variance analysis
Develop robust financial models to support key initiatives
Act as a business partner to senior stakeholders across functions
Identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement areas
Ensure adherence to strong financial controls and governance
Drive process improvements and efficiencies within finance

Skills & Experience

BCom in Accounting or related field (essential)
Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles (advantageous)
CIMA qualification (advantageous)
Minimum 5+ years’ relevant experience, ideally at a senior analyst level
Background in pharma, healthcare, or FMCG advantageous
Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
