SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a highly organised, customer-focused Inside Sales & Showroom Executive to manage their showroom and inbound sales function.

You will be responsible for converting enquiries into sales, processing orders, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating with production and warehouse teams, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Showroom Sales, or a similar role.
  • Valid Driver's Licence.
  • Own reliable vehicle.
  • Strong computer literacy with advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Monday.com advantageous).
  • Experience using inventory or order management software such as Cin7 or DEAR
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience within branded merchandise, promotional products, wholesale distribution, apparel, fashion accessories, manufacturing, or production-related environments.
  • Understanding of production processes and order workflow management will be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert all inbound sales enquiries received via email, WhatsApp, telephone, and showroom walk-ins.
  • Guide customers through the sales process from initial enquiry through to invoicing and order fulfilment.
  • Maintain a professional, organised, and customer-friendly showroom environment at all times.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders using Cin7.
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse, operations, and design teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and actively identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipelines within Monday.com CRM.
  • Gather and manage customer branding requirements, artwork, and production specifications.
  • Support the external sales team with quotations, samples, and customer information.
  • Monitor and respond to all enquiries within agreed service levels.
  • Compile weekly sales and activity reports, including conversions, customer feedback, and order volumes.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the customer journey.

Salary

R15,000 – R18,000 per month (Based on experience) +
