To support the delivery of blockchain-based digital asset initiatives. This individual will play an active role across the full product lifecycle, from use case development and stakeholder engagement through to execution and delivery. Working closely with business product owners and regulatory stakeholders, the individual will help shape the Group’s digital asset strategy and accelerate the implementation of commercial use cases, while also serving as a key contributor throughout the build and deployment phases.
Qualifications
First Degree in Business Commerce
Relevant qualification in technology, digital assets, payments (or similar) with demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders across business units, risk, legal, compliance, and regulators
Proven experience delivering digital asset initiatives (digital asset custody, tokenisation of real-world assets, stablecoins, blockchain payments) within a regulated financial services or fintech environment
Advanced expertise in blockchain/Distributed Ledger Technology, including smart contracts, token standards, and scalable digital asset platform development
Strong capability in digital asset custody models, wallet infrastructure, and tokenisation
