A market-leading workforce solutions provider with operations across South Africa and an expanding international presence is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Executive to drive new business growth within the Gauteng region.

This role requires a highly mobile sales professional who is comfortable spending significant time in the field, meeting clients, attending networking events, and driving business growth throughout the Gauteng region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying, developing, and converting opportunities across multiple industries within the Gauteng region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers while expanding the company's client network and market presence.
- Generate market intelligence, manage sales pipelines, and contribute to regional, national, and international growth initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in new business development and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in B2B sales, recruitment, workforce solutions, staffing, or a related service industry advantageous.
- Strong sales pipeline management and forecasting experience.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle (essential).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems advantageous.
