Appointed on a three-month fixed-term contract to support during a temporary staff absence (maternity leave) , ensuring continuity of Director support and office administration during the employee's absence.

Responsible for managing day-to-day functions and providing comprehensive administrative support to management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Directors calendar, appointments and meeting schedules.
  • Screening and managing incoming calls, emails and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
  • Organising travel arrangements and accommodation.
  • Scheduling appointments for the Director , meetings and maintaining calendars.
  • Maintaining confidential records and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Handling correspondence, emails, telephone communications and client enquiries.
  • Overseeing daily office operations and administrative processes.
  • Assisting with invoicing and financial administration.
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems and company records.
  • Ordering and monitoring office suppliers and stationery.
  • Liaising with clients , suppliers , tenants and contractors.
