Appointed on a three-month fixed-term contract to support during a temporary staff absence (maternity leave) , ensuring continuity of Director support and office administration during the employee's absence.
Responsible for managing day-to-day functions and providing comprehensive administrative support to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing Directors calendar, appointments and meeting schedules.
- Screening and managing incoming calls, emails and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Organising travel arrangements and accommodation.
- Scheduling appointments for the Director , meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Maintaining confidential records and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Handling correspondence, emails, telephone communications and client enquiries.
- Overseeing daily office operations and administrative processes.
- Assisting with invoicing and financial administration.
- Maintaining accurate filing systems and company records.
- Ordering and monitoring office suppliers and stationery.
- Liaising with clients , suppliers , tenants and contractors.
