Operations Manager

One of our cold chain logistics clients are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Operations Manager (Senior Management) to manage their operations team in Cape Town.

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant degree/diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management
• 5 years experience as an Operations Manager in a cold chain / logistics environment
• Proven experience in logistics and documentation management.
• Strong understanding of perishable goods supply chains.
• Experience with Metaship or similar booking systems.
• Knowledge of temperature monitoring (Delta Trak).
• Ability to lead two departmental heads.
• Based in or willing to work in Cape Town
