Business Analyst – Commodities & Interest Rate Derivatives

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts with deep Commodities and Interest Rate Derivatives knowledge to support strategic financial markets initiatives. Candidates must possess strong BA capability together with expert domain understanding within trading and derivatives environments.

Proven Business Analysis experience within Investment Banking or Financial Markets

Strong understanding of Commodities and Interest Rate Derivatives products

Ability to engage with traders, quants, technology teams, and operations stakeholders

Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements

Understanding of trade lifecycle processes, risk, settlements, and regulatory impacts

Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Requirements gathering and process analysis

Stakeholder management

Functional specifications and user stories

Financial markets and derivatives knowledge

Strong analytical and communication skills

The successful candidate will combine strong BA expertise with specialised domain experience in commodities and derivatives trading environments.
