SAP Functional Consultant - (Sales and Distribution)

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant to support a large-scale enterprise environment focused on sales and distribution processes, system optimisation, and operational support within a complex SAP landscape.

This role specialises in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) with strong exposure to production support, incident resolution, and end-to-end SD process ownership in enterprise environments.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• SAP SD Certification
• Extensive SAP SD experience
• Operations experience (ticket handling, incident and problem management)
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS

• SAP FI experience
• SAP MM experience
• SAP ABAP debugging
• IDocs and AIF experience
• SAP S/4HANA
• Jira and Confluence experience
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Bridging the gap between Operations and Delivery through Maintenance activities
• Problem identification and solution proposal within SAP SD environment
• End-to-end ownership of SAP SD design across development and operations
• Resolution of complex operational and maintenance tickets within SLA
• Creation and maintenance of solution guides and documentation
• Ensuring knowledge transfer within the team
• Client interaction via meetings, calls, and email communication
• Execution of SAP configuration changes
• Production support analysis and issue resolution
• Collaboration with internal and global SAP consultants
• Agile execution including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Daily use of Agile toolchain for task and delivery tracking

• Relevant IT / Business Degree or Certifications
• 6+ years SAP SD experience
