SAP Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Functional Consultant to join a global enterprise technology environment delivering large-scale SAP solutions. The role focuses on supporting and enhancing critical SAP business processes within a complex, high-availability system landscape operating in an Agile environment.

Essential Skills

• SAP SD Certification
• Strong SAP SD functional experience
• Operations support experience (incident, problem, and ticket management)
• Agile working experience
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in a complex environment

Advantageous Skills

• SAP FI experience
• SAP MM experience
• SAP ABAP debugging
• IDocs and AIF
• SAP S/4HANA exposure
• Jira and Confluence experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• High attention to detail and time management

• Monitor and process IDoc and RFC interfaces
• Handle, troubleshoot, and resolve operational tickets within SLA
• Perform root cause analysis and production support
• Configure SAP systems based on business requirements
• Maintain solution documentation and support guides
• Provide knowledge transfer within the team
• Engage with stakeholders across business and IT teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Maintain updates in Jira and Confluence
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

• Relevant IT / Business / SAP-related qualification or certification
• Minimum 8+ years SAP SD functional experience
• Proven experience in SAP production support environments
