About the Role

The Sales Representative for Parts at VW Alberton is a customer-focused position that emphasizes building relationships and providing exceptional service within the automotive parts sector. Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address complaints in a professional manner.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in sales, preferably in automotive parts or a related field.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
