Duties & Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support to resolve queries raised.
Provide high-quality, timely support to clients by diagnosing and resolving technical queries.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up on the resolution process.
Develop a deep understanding of the company to provide accurate information.
Process compliance to ensure first-time-right delivery of requests received.

Basic Excel 1-2 Years
Basic Knowledge of IT Testing Principles

relevant certifications and short courses issued by a recognised and accredited entity within the industry
Microsoft Certification Advantageous
Microsoft SQL 1-3 Years Experience
Basic JavaScript 1 Year Experience
Basic SSRS 1-2 Years Experience
Basic XML 1 Years experience
Basic HTML 1 Year Experience

Relevant Tertiary qualification(s) in Information Technology (Higher Diploma or Degree) can be subsidised with a combination of experience.
Azure DevOps and AppService experience.
