SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Fluent in German language dealing with different technical experts, and first line support. Basic Linux operations support and troubleshooting.
  • Managing support tickets, OLAs, and KPIs, and working in a standby team, with different shifts for support and maintenance topics.
  • Ability to design and develop dashboards using PowerBi or Grafana.
  • Running daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks for security, compliance, MOD and MIM topics. Generating and reviewing monthly eLan reporting and MOD schedules.
  • Understanding of basic operations KPIs and meeting deadlines and timelines. Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and operations applications.

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS

  • Experience in Servicenow configurations, operations, design, reporting, and development Familiarity with compliance requirements and processes.
  • Experience or coursework in infrastructure deployment and monitoring. Ability to collaborate with product stakeholders.
  • Understanding of agile methods and practices.
  • Interest in software lifecycle and continuous integration.

POSITION INFO

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports for operations and tasks across multiple topics. Manage and review all KPIs across all products and report on escalations timeously.
  • Produce monthly reports across products for performance, delivery and compliance. Assist infrastructure feature teams in post-processing of incidents.
  • Learn and contribute to system design requirements for stable operation. Support integration requirements for critical applications.
  • Assist in planning and ensuring appropriate use of operation resources.
  • Help implement technical lifecycle measures and identify security practices. Collaborate with product stakeholders to support development activities.
  • Apply agile methods to improve operations processes.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities.
  • Provide support to team members and contribute to a collaborative environment.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or in progress). Minimum 2 years working experience in an operations team and environment.
  • Experience in Linux, PowerBi, Excel, Qlik or other similar dashboard tools. (Advantageous) Experience with ServiceNow (advantageous)
