  • Deliver day-to-day performance management mentorship, including coaching, career pathing, counseling, and disciplinary guidance, while partnering with managers to enrich workplace relationships, boost morale, and drive talent retention.
  • Execute organizational skills audits, co-create targeted training plans with leadership, oversee training programs, and compile and submit annual statutory mandates including the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) to the relevant SETA.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, coordinate documentation for BBBEE verification audits, draft and submit mandatory annual Employment Equity (EE) plans, generate detailed monthly reports evaluating critical HR metrics, and support international personnel with expatriate assignments.

About You

  • Possess 3 to 5 years of proven experience operating as an HR Generalist, ideally within a similar or closely aligned industry.
  • Hold a formal Degree in Human Resources Management or a highly related discipline.
  • Demonstrate legal acumen with prior experience representing organizations at the CCMA, paired with a comprehensive, fluent understanding of labor legislation requirements.
  • Display advanced computer literacy with deep proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
  • Maintain outstanding interpersonal abilities with the capacity to communicate, influence, and lead effectively across every tier of the company, alongside a meticulous eye for detail and an understanding of structured remuneration principles.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of integrity, dependability, results-orientation, a healthy sense of urgency, and the ability to perform exceptionally well under pressure without compromising on operational standards or quality.
  • Benefit from exposure to SuccessFactors systems, which is highly advantageous.
