Scullery Worker
Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
- Keep the kitchen, sinks, and work areas clean and sanitized
- Empty trash and maintain waste disposal areas
- Assist with basic food preparation when required
- Organize and store kitchen equipment properly
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience is an advantage
- Matric passed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Reliable and a team player
PizzaMaker
- Prepare pizza dough and ingredients
- Assemble pizzas according to recipes or customer requests
- Bake pizzas in ovens to the correct temperature
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations
- Monitor stock and ensure ingredients are fresh
- Work efficiently during busy periods
Requirements
- Experience in pizza making or kitchen work is an advantage
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Good teamwork skills
- Passion for food preparation
Bartender
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mix cocktails according to recipes
- Take customer orders and handle payments
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area
- Check customer identification where required
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of popular drinks and cocktails
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
