Software Implementation Engineer

We are on the lookout for a Software Implementation Engineer to join our client’s team! Design and deploy autonomous AI-driven workflows that integrate with enterprise systems to automate customer journeys, ensure reliable operations, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Practical experience with AI agents, LLM orchestration, and concepts like RAG
• Strong proficiency in RESTful APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Ability to work with data using Python and Excel (mapping, transformation, analysis)
• Hands-on experience with CRM and messaging platform integrations
• Solid understanding of event-driven architectures and automation workflows
• Strong communication skills to translate technical solutions for business stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and focused on delivering measurable results
