Warehouse / Operations Manager

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and hands-on Warehouse / Operations Manager to oversee and manage daily warehouse and operational activities, Durban

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient processes, maintaining high standards of safety and organisation, and leading the warehouse team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing daily warehouse and operational activities
• Supervising warehouse staff and ensuring productivity targets are met
• Overseeing receiving, dispatch, stock control, and inventory management processes
• Ensuring all orders are accurately packed and dispatched on time
• Maintaining high standards of warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organisation
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies
• Coordinating with suppliers, drivers, and internal departments
• Ensuring all operational procedures and company policies are followed
• Managing workflow and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Computer literacy (advantageous)
• High level of honesty, reliability, and organisation
• Valid driver’s licence
• Valid forklift licence
