→ Design and execute a world-class channel strategy across North America, EMEA & APAC
→ Recruit, onboard and grow VARs and resellers — with a focus on the SAP Business One and Acumatica ecosystems
→ Build enablement programs, co-selling plays and partner incentive structures
→ Drive predictable partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
→ Represent the brand at key industry events and partner summits globally

Have a proven track record building channel programmes from scratch in SaaS or ERP-adjacent environments
Bring established relationships in the Acumatica and/or SAP B1 partner ecosystem (A MUST)
Are equally strong at new partner acquisition and long-term relationship nurturing
Are comfortable working across global time zones (UK afternoons → US East Coast)
Are motivated by performance-based compensation
