We’re looking for a results-focused Inside Parts Sales Specialist to grow spare parts sales, build strong customer relationships, and drive market expansion, Boksburg

Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Grow internal spare parts sales and expand market footprint
  • Promote Genuine Performance Spare Parts to new and existing customers
  • Achieve sales targets (market share, margin, and volume)
  • Take ownership of assigned customer accounts
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist with delivery of parts to external customers when required

Marketing & Relationship Building

  • Promote the brand and product range
  • Build and manage relationships with key customers and partners
  • Develop networks within industry, trade associations, and public sector organisations

Compliance

  • Adhere to Environmental Health & Safety standards
  • Uphold company values: Ethics, Integrity, Quality

Requirements

  • Matric + Spare Parts Sales training
  • Minimum 3 years’ spare parts sales experience (Truck/automotive industry preferred)
  • Experience with transport/logistics clients is advantageous
  • Strong background in internal/counter sales
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Experience with cold calling and growing sales pipelines
  • Computer literate (MS Office, etc.)
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Well-organised, self-driven, and able to work independently

Languages:

  • English (fluent)
  • Afrikaans (fluent)

Remuneration

  • R18,000 basic salary per month
  • Provident Fund: R1,260
