VACANCY: Professional Civil Engineer / Technologist – Bridge Design & Construction
We are looking for a suitably qualified Professional Civil Engineer or Professional Engineering Technologist to join our team.
Minimum Requirements
- Registered with ECSA as a Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng
- Civil Engineering qualification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in bridge design and/or bridge construction
- Experience with structural/civil infrastructure projects
- Ability to prepare, review and manage technical designs, drawings, reports and construction documentation
- Strong understanding of construction supervision, quality control and project implementation
- Good communication and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake and/or review bridge design work
- Provide technical input during construction
- Conduct site inspections and monitor quality of works
- Liaise with clients, contractors and professional teams
- Prepare technical reports and assist with project documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards and specifications
Location: Office (centurion) and site (krugersdorp)
Position: Contract
