Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and brand strategies to drive growth and market share.

• Oversee end-to-end product campaigns, from conceptualization and product launches to post-campaign analysis.

• Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum return on investment.

• Conduct market research and monitor consumer trends to identify new product opportunities and competitive advantages.

• Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and operations teams to align brand messaging and commercial goals.

• Maintain and elevate the brand’s visual identity across all digital, print, and experiential platforms.

• Lead and mentor internal creative team members or manage external agency relationships.

Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or a highly relevant field is essential.

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in brand or marketing management.

• Industry Background: A solid, mandatory background within the

  Food and Beverage sector.

• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving successful product-to-market strategies.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
