As they continue their exciting growth journey, they are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Hospitality Sales Executive to join their team and help drive occupancy, partnerships, revenue growth and long-term client relationships.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and contributing directly to the growth of a fast-paced and entrepreneurial business.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Hospitality Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through both new business development and relationship management.

You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing sales enquiries, developing corporate partnerships and helping grow occupancy and utilisation across the business's accommodation, hospitality and workspace offerings.

This role combines business development, account management, hospitality sales and commercial relationship building.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & New Revenue Generation

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Generate new corporate accounts and strategic partnerships
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Develop and execute prospecting strategies
  • Conduct cold outreach, networking and relationship-building activities
  • Identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities
  • Drive occupancy and utilisation across accommodation and workspace offerings

Corporate Relationship Management

Develop and maintain relationships with:

  • Corporate clients
  • Travel management companies
  • Relocation partners
  • Accommodation partners
  • Event and meeting planners
  • Referral partners
  • Community stakeholders
  • Local business networks

Sales Process Management

  • Manage enquiries from initial contact through to conversion
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations
  • Host property tours and site inspections
  • Prepare proposals and commercial agreements
  • Conduct virtual and in-person sales engagements
  • Manage negotiation processes within approved parameters
  • Ensure effective client onboarding and handover processes

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Track sales opportunities and conversion metrics
  • Update client interactions and account activity
  • Manage follow-up schedules and sales activities
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and reporting accuracy
  • Monitor pipeline performance and forecasting

Market Development & Commercial Growth

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Identify emerging market opportunities
  • Contribute ideas to improve commercial performance
  • Develop strategic partnerships that support business growth
  • Provide customer feedback and market intelligence to management

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with:

  • Sales Management
  • Operations Teams
  • Reservations Teams
  • Revenue Management
  • Marketing Teams
  • Property and Leasing Teams

To ensure:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • Relevant Sales, Hospitality, Business or Marketing qualification advantageous

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years professional sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience within hospitality, accommodation, tourism, short-term rental or related sectors
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in business development and account management
  • Experience managing corporate clients and stakeholder relationships
  • Strong commercial sales background

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

Our client is offering a CTC package of R30,000 per month for this position.
