Estimator - Pavement & Roads

ConsultANZ is looking for an Estimator to join a leading civil construction company working on one of the country’s biggest infrastructure projects in Queensland. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates and supporting project delivery across regional areas.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil works (roads, pavements, asphalt, and infrastructure).

• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

• Work with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to gather pricing.

• Monitor costs during project delivery and provide updates.

• Ensure estimates meet company and industry standards.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.

• 10+ years of estimating experience in civil construction or infrastructure.

• Strong knowledge of road, pavement, and asphalt projects.

• Skilled in tendering, budgeting, and cost analysis.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to live and work in regional areas.
