Supports The Fashion Agent wholesale local and international business via customer relationship management and market assistance for all regions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sell-in seasonal merchandise to wholesale customers
  • Responsible for managing RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorization), Manual Credit/Invoice consolidation, repair part and sample requests for all regions
  • Market Assistance: Market Prep (core assortment recaps, sales analysis recaps), Market (showroom appointment assistance, linesheet print outs) and Post Market (working with order entry process/edits and managing order maintenance)
  • Manages seasonal interns
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with our customers
  • Troubleshoots & provides solutions to sales team on customer service issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in retail specialty or luxury/fashion environment
  • Strong in SALES!!!
  • Excellent communication in English and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along well with diverse personalities – tactful- mature – flexible
  • Ability to multitask
  • Manage from a distance
  • Act as brand ambassador for the designer labels The Fashion Agent does represent
  • Seeking a self-starter with strong organizational skills, detailed oriented
  • Focus on detail and follow through
