What You'll Do

• Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness
• Evaluate and classify compliance scenarios across frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST
• Assess risk statements and validate control mappings against industry standards
• Generate and refine training and evaluation data to improve AI reasoning on GRC topics
• Provide structured, precise written feedback that helps AI models understand nuanced compliance thinking

Who You Are

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, risk management, or information security
• Solid working knowledge of one or more frameworks — SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or similar
• Comfortable reading, interpreting, and writing policy and audit-style documentation
• Detail-oriented with strong written reasoning skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently on asynchronous tasks

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
• Background in security auditing, third-party risk, or vendor assessments
• Familiarity with GRC tools or platforms (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, Archer, Vanta, Drata)
