Role Purpose
Perform detailed analysis, document processes and perform user acceptance testing to support development of innovative solutions to enable business objectives.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of proven experience in Business Analysis.
- Healthcare experience would be beneficial.
- Experience working with cross-functional project teams will be beneficial.
- Business Analysis, Information Technology, or related degree/diploma (Essential).
- Business Analysis certification (eg. BABOK/CBAP) (Desirable).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Translating organizational needs and ambitions into clear, actionable and functional specifications.
- System Gap Analysis: Audit the digital platform to identify feature gaps, areas for automation, or bottlenecks in the user journey.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical/development teams.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Work alongside designers to map digital user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, ensuring the interface aligns with user needs and platform capabilities.
- Reporting: Define reporting requirements.
- Platform Integrations: Map data flows and integration touchpoints between the platform and third-party systems.
- Print Grooming : Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, grooming, and sprint planning).
- QA & UAT Support: Review test cases, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders to sign off.
- Release Communication: Draft release notes to stakeholders.
