Eduvos is seeking to employ the services of an Academic Administrator at our Midrand campus.

Type of Position

  • Fixed Term contract

The Position

To support all the academic administration functions (including assessment administration, recordkeeping of student data, enrolment functions, etc.) at the campus, ensuring alignment with the institute's policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum qualification

  • Grade 12
  • Undergraduate degree will be an added advantage

Experience

At least one years’ administrative experience, preferably in Assessment Administration, in the higher education environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

As the Academic Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for the following:

  • Provide assessment administration service (Information Systems Administrator only on request)
  • Student/Academic query handling and resolution
  • Assist with administration of enrolment process
  • Assist with administration of graduation
