SUMMARY
The Platform Administrator will provide critical administrative and operational support.
POSITION INFO
Education
- Relevant diploma or Bachelor’s degree, or ongoing studies in Business Administration, Financial Planning, Investment Management, or related fields.
Experience Required
- 0 – 2 years’ experience in financial services, client services, administration, or a related environment.
- Experience in a LISP or investment administration environment is advantageous but not essential.
Duties
The role will support the delivery of outstanding client service and support to our clients, build strong relationships, provide expert guidance, and drive customer satisfaction to contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities
Execution of Activities:
- Prepopulate New Business or Transfer Packs for digital or manual signing.
- Loading of the New Business or Transfer Packs onto QuicklySign for adviser and client signature.
- Capture new investment contracts and transfer instructions onto the platform accurately and timeously.
- Perform quality checks on submitted documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Assist with the approval and progression of contracts through backend system.
- Support manual intervention processes where straight-through processing is not yet live.
- Liaise with Platform Specialists to resolve outstanding documentation or data issues.
- Track and follow up on pending transfers to prevent SLA breaches.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems accordingly.
- Provide administrative support during peak transfer and onboarding periods.
- Assist with backlog reduction and operational throughput improvement.
Service Delivery & Compliance:
- Ensure all captured instructions meet platform, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Adhere to internal processes, turnaround times, and escalation protocols.
- Support audit readiness through accurate record keeping.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high volumes.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of investment administration (advantageous but not required).
- Willingness to learn platform systems and operational processes.
- Team-oriented with a service-driven mindset.
